Exterior Services

Exterior Rinseless Wash:  An OEM-preferred rinseless exterior wash designed to prevent corrosion, preserve aircraft surfaces, enhance flight safety, apply a two-week UV protection, and include targeted degreasing to reduce parasitic drag.

Surface Decontamination:  A preparatory surface decontamination process—mandatory prior to ceramic coating—used to remove bonded contaminants and identify foreign debris that routine washing cannot address.

Single-Stage Paint Enhancement:  A single-stage paint enhancement designed to refine exterior surfaces by reducing light oxidation and minor imperfections, restoring clarity and gloss.

Multi-Stage Paint Correction:  A multi-stage paint correction process designed to address deeper oxidation and surface defects, restoring maximum clarity, depth, and finish quality.

Polymer Paint Sealant Application:  A protective polymer sealant applied to painted surfaces to enhance gloss and provide short-term protection against environmental exposure.

Advanced Paint Protection Ceramic Coatings:  A long-term ceramic coating system, highly recommended following multi-stage paint correction, that reduces detailing maintenance by limiting parasitic drag buildup while preserving paint condition and long-term aircraft value.
• 1-Year Coating
• 2-Year Coating
• 5-Year Coating

Landing Gear & Wheel Well Cleaning:   An expert cleaning of landing gear and wheel wells performed carefully to remove excess grease, brake dust, and debris without disturbing pivot points, while supporting inspection visibility and corrosion prevention.

Brightwork Services:  Specialized cleaning and polishing of exterior metal surfaces to restore clarity, protect against oxidation, and maintain a uniform finish.

Ice Boot Refurbishment:  A specialized ice boot refurbishment performed using only OEM-approved processes and treatments to clean, restore, and protect pneumatic de-ice boots while maintaining flexibility and operational effectiveness.

Scope of Services

Sterling Mobility Group provides professional aircraft detailing, appearance maintenance, and surface care services only. We do not perform mechanical work, maintenance, repairs, inspections, or any tasks that fall under the scope of a licensed aircraft mechanic or maintenance organization.

Our work is intentionally limited to non-invasive detailing services and does not involve adjustment, removal, or modification of mechanical components, systems, or assemblies. Clients should not expect mechanical evaluation, troubleshooting, or sign-off as part of our services.

For all mechanical, maintenance, or airworthiness-related needs, we recommend working directly with your aircraft’s approved maintenance provider or FBO.
