Sterling Provisions operates on an à la carte provisioning model—designed to match the realities of aviation operations, aircraft variability, and individual preference.

Rather than forcing preset packages, we allow owners, pilots, and crews to select only what is needed for each flight, ensuring the aircraft is stocked intentionally, efficiently, and correctly every time.

Our provisioning services are organized into four clear categories for simplicity and control:

Beverages:
Hydration and performance-focused selections, including still and sparkling water, coffee, and other sealed, shelf-stable drinks.

 

Snacks

Clean, individually packaged options that support energy and focus without creating mess or unnecessary waste.

 

Personal Care & Cabin Supplies

Essential cabin and lavatory items to ensure comfort, hygiene, and professional readiness for owners, pilots, and crew.

Alcohol (By Request)
Sealed alcoholic beverages stocked at the request of the owner or operator. No serving or dispensing—stocking only.
